Finding a Christmas Tree

As told in the style of one our favorite children's books...Duck and Goose.  

Christmas is almost here, Madeline.  We better find a tree if we want Santa to leave us presents on Christmas Eve.    

How about this tree, Mumma?  

No.  That tree is too tall.  


How about this tree, Madeline?  

 No.  That tree is too wide.  


How about this tree, Mumma?  

No.  That is not a tree.  


 How about this tree, Madeline?  

That tree is too wet!  



Let's go see that tree, Mumma!

But it's too far!  


How about this tree, Madeline?  

No.  It's missing its point.    


I know!  How about this tree, Madeline and Mumma?  

...Really?


Wait.  I think we found the perfect tree!
